Xtalic Corporation Welcomes John Kinne as VP Business Development
Marlborough, MA – June 1, 2008
Xtalic is pleased to welcome John Kinne as Vice President of Business Development. John brings three decades of leadership in the metal coatings business, most recently as President and CEO, Atotech USA, Inc., a current market leader in metal coatings.
“We couldn’t be more pleased that John has chosen to join our team. He brings unparalleled experience across a broad range of critical market segments,” says Xtalic CEO Tom Clay. “His knowledge and experience are extremely valuable to us as we commercialize our breakthrough technology.”
“Across my career I have seen a wide range of new technologies, but never one with the kind of impact I believe Xtalic will have. I’m thrilled to be on such a strong team,” says Kinne. Kinne will take leadership of Xtalic’s sales, marketing and business development activities.
John Kinne has had a leadership role in the metal coating and metal finishing fields for nearly 30 years and has had a broad range of management responsibilities. Recently the National Association of Surface Finishing recognized John Kinne as the sole recipient of their prestigious award for lifetime achievement.
“We are excited to have a leader of John’s stature on our team,” says Xtalic co-founder and CTO Alan Lund. “He has a proven record in this industry, and we know that he will contribute greatly to our future success.”
